My name is Ainhoa, and I specialize in collaborating with professionals in the fields of natural sciences, medicine, and biochemistry, as well as with institutions, museums, and similar organizations. So far, I’ve created bird illustrations for SEO/BirdLife and the Aranzadi Science Society, developed infographics for signage in various locations, and designed several covers and chapters for PhD theses. I also created the design and illustrations for the promotional poster of the first Biodiversity Conference at the University of Salamanca, where I had a great time drawing plants, birds, insects, and mammals.

In addition, I give talks and workshops related to scientific illustration and create designs for product commercialization. Occasionally, I get the chance to let my creative side run free, and right now I’m working on designing labels for a natural cosmetics brand, where I can fully enjoy botanical illustration.
